Solairus Aviation, a premier aircraft management provider with a reputation for excellence, found itself confronted with a pivotal challenge: how to maintain its competitive edge in a constantly evolving industry landscape while simultaneously streamlining its operational processes. The Results

Alloy Digital developed the Aircraft Management App for Solairus, giving users capabilities to schedule and modify flights, manage calendars, and receive flight-following messages on personal mobile devices. Authorized users can also access financial reports through the Oracle-powered Solairus Accounting Portal, including monthly reports on fleet savings generated by vendor discount programs, streamlining aircraft management for owners and support staff, and continuing Solairus' commitment to innovation in client services.

Schedule Flights

Users can seamlessly organize and oversee their flights with ease, ensuring a stress-free scheduling process. Solairus users can now enjoy peace of mind as they embark on each journey, knowing that the app has them covered every step of the way.

Financials

Our team developed an integration with Solairus' Oracle-powered desktop Accounting Function that allows users to effortlessly track finances using multiple personalized reports that include date range filters and monthly summaries for streamlined financial oversight.

Flight-Following

Solairus customers can sign up to receive flight-following messages as push notifications on their home and lock screens. Powered by an integration with FlightAware, these near real time messages help users monitor important flight data.

Locate Your Aircraft

The Aircraft Management App allows users to pinpoint the geographical location of their aircraft 24/7, 365. This feature provides increased peace of mind for users as they can easily access their aircraft location from anywhere in the world.

Complete Calendars

Solairus' customer accounts have many moving parts, including Pilot PTO schedules, training flights, planned maintenance, and, of course, their flight calendar. Using the App's calendar feature, users are able to see the complete picture, aircraft by aircraft, event by event.

Save Preferences

Users can save preferred cities, routes, and passenger information, making booking their next flight easier than ever. Instead of entering the same city pairs and passenger information for routine flights, saved routes empower users to accomplish their scheduling tasks much more efficiently.

Solairus Aviation is a US-based private aviation services company whose core business is assisting aircraft owners with the safe, reliable, and efficient management and operation of their aircraft. Their services are customized to meet the customer's individual travel and financial requirements and to support their flight operation with the highest standards of safety and personalized service, regardless of the location of the aircraft. Solairus was founded in 2009 and is headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area. They have over seventy base locations across the United States and employ more than 1,600 flight crew and support personnel to operate a fleet currently numbering over three hundred and thirty aircraft.
