Digital Project Manager

Alloy Digital is seeking a versatile, strategic, and client-centric Digital Project Manager with deep expertise across digital disciplines and a drive to partner with organizations to build meaningful customer experiences. This position is well suited for an experienced leader adept at overseeing 5 to 10 active initiatives while stewarding relationship growth across a dynamic client portfolio.
Collaborating within a cross-functional environment, the Digital Project Manager partners with technical leads to establish project scope, drives overall timelines, and acts as a trusted advisor to key client stakeholders. This role involves crafting strategic project roadmaps, guiding execution, and optimizing performance across diverse digital offerings. Utilizing both Agile framework methodologies and traditional structured
approaches, you will ensure solutions are delivered on schedule and within budget while maintaining total transparency for client leadership.

Oversee 5 to 10 active initiatives concurrently across a diverse client portfolio and retain long-term client engagements.
Serve as a trusted advisor to key client stakeholders, facilitating strategic
conversations and converting client goals into concrete deliverables for internal execution teams.
Guide cross-functional production teams by leading syncs, allocating resources, and coordinating complex parallel streams of work.
Formulate detailed project roadmaps, budgets, timelines, and technical
documentation while maintaining structured digital best practices.
Guarantee that digital solutions deliver on schedule, within defined scope, and inside budget boundaries to ensure client satisfaction.
Monitor scope shifts, schedule adjustments, and budget variations through formal
change-control techniques while proactively managing potential risks.
Step into the capacity of Scrum Master or Product Owner to align with specific
framework demands of individual teams.
Successfully manage 5 to 10 concurrent client engagements and projects, delivering them on time, within scope, and on budget.
Build strong relationships with executive leadership and client C-suite stakeholders through proactive communication and trusted partnership.
Maintain high project visibility using advanced Jira reporting, tracking velocity, progress, and key metrics for executive leadership.
Align cross-functional design, engineering, and product teams to drive efficient sprint delivery using Agile and Scrum frameworks.
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and scope variations to ensure seamless program execution and client satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills

Demonstrated history of successfully driving 5 to 10 concurrent initiatives while stewarding client accounts.
Exceptional client-facing engagement skills, with a track record of facilitating strategic conversations, providing regular project updates, and expanding long-term partnerships.
Prior background within a fast-growing digital agency, marketing firm, or
technology company preferred.
2 to 3 years of experience formulating roadmaps, driving timelines, and guiding complex digital deliverables.
Bachelor's degree BA/BS with deep familiarity surrounding software development life cycles and modern web technology stack standards.
PMP, CSM, or CSPO accreditation is considered a strong advantage.
Superior written and oral interaction capability, rigorous organizational focus, and the capacity to deliver quality outcomes inside dynamic client environments under constrained timelines.
