Account Coordinator

Job Description

The Account Coordinator will support the internal team by assisting with projects, processes, and day-to-day tasks for both existing partners and business development opportunities. A successful Account Coordinator takes initiative to grow in their role and streamline processes, can work independently, has strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and is a clear communicator. This position will manage project-associated tasks including but not limited to meeting scheduling and participation, project hour tracking and status reporting, internal and external communication documentation, researching partner industries, and writing new business proposals and documentation. The Account Coordinator works closely with account executives, project managers, and the business development team to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction, and reports directly to the Group Account Director.

What You Will Do

  • Performs market and competitive research to determine new business opportunities for our partners
  • Prioritizes and manage client requests, coordinating with the Alloy team to ensure needs and expectations are met in a timely manner
  • Keeps internal teams informed, focused, and enthused about the work and the account
  • Develops a trusted advisor relationship with key partner contacts
  • Provides client stakeholder support on assigned accounts or projects
  • Prepares internal and external documents and reports in a timely manner such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals, and other client communications and correspondence
  • Performs administrative tasks for project tracking and billing purposes including monthly billing, purchase orders and expense reports, and department time entry
  • Responsible for the coordination of organizational and around partner meetings and entertainment as well as partner outreach for holidays and special occasions
  • Supports Alloy social media including content calendars, performance tracking, and sharing company events and updates

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience of digital or technology experience in a client-facing role
