Our data scientists use their formidable skills in math, statistics, and subject matter expertise to deal with unstructured and structured data in order to clean, prepare, and analyze sources into a cohesive whole. We strive to provide not only insights into what we know about the business challenge, but also uncover unforeseen nuggets of insight about the challenge itself, and back it all up with unshakable data.

If you’d rather provide insights over report minutia, cohesive analysis over spreadsheets, finding not only what is happening with the business but why, then you may be the person we’re looking for.

Partner Strategy Manager


The Partnership Strategy Manager acts as the liaison between internal execution teams and Key Client stakeholders on all project level and account level engagements. This role is capable of Director and VP level stakeholder communications and responsible for supporting internal direction and oversight of client engagements and day-to-day project communications and documentation.

The Manager possesses critical thinking and strategy skills and enlists these capabilities in order to support the Director of Partner Strategy in Research and Analysis engagements, Client Proposals & Presentations, and Client Meetings. Reports to Director, Partner Strategy.

You already know:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for Alloy's most strategic accounts while building strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Identify up-sale and growth opportunities and collaborate with sales and development teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Leads the intake and scoping for large, complex multi-channel campaigns
  • Leads cross-functional teams in identifying opportunities and delivering solutions that differentiate the agency and drive growth 
  • Manage internal resources to deploy, optimize, and upsell digital partners
  • Work closely with clients to analyze and optimize product performance by communicating details of campaign deployment and supporting the client for all needs and requests regarding new and existing business
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while coordinating with other departments, both internally and externally
  • Develop professional growth of junior account roles (Partner Strategy Specialists & Coordinators) by modeling best practices, development planning and training 
  • Keep internal account teams informed, focused, and enthused about the work and the account
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and decision makers
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Alloy solutions per customer needs and objective

  • A minimum of 6 years of digital or technology experience in a client facing role, experience in mobile monetization and/or digital marketing is a plus
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or par professional experience
  • A highly-motivated, outgoing professional with a proven track record in a client facing role
  • Strong knowledge of digital product monetization
  • Demonstrated track record in user acquisition/retention, account revenue growth and retention, and creative problem solving skills
  • Experience managing client communication and expectations in a deadline-driven environment
